Free Domestic Shipping On Orders Over $100
Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from your order.
Please Note: Your total purchase must reach the designated amount after any discounts are applied and prior to the costs of shipping and tax.
We typically ship all orders the same day (Monday thru Friday) if the order is placed before 3pm PST. All orders are shipped from our main facility in Temecula, CA
We do not ship on weekends or holidays and our shipping services do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Please Note: that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Will you notify me when my order ships?
You will receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notfying you when your order has been shipped.
You can track your order if you created an account. Otherwise, you will need to call customer service for a status.
- Login to your account and select "view order status" or "completed orders".
- Select "view order details".
- Click on the tracking link associated to your order.
This should take you to the live shipping status for the appropriate carrier.
How can I determine the exact shipping cost?
The easiest way to find out the shipping cost for your order, prior to checkout, is to select the "Estimated Shipping & Tax" button located below the order subtotal in your cart.

Please note that we offer several expedite options and that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The following table is based on orders of one or two bottles (less than one pound).
