What is Eyebright used for?

Eyebright has traditionally been used as an eyewash. For allergy uses, it is taken orally (either tea or tincture). Eyebright can also be used to help calm environmental allergies and chemical sensitivities. It is best used continuously as a tonic for 1 to 2 months or longer, for this purpose.
Suggested Use
General: Take 30 to 60 drops two to three times per day, or as needed, in juice or water.
Acute: Take 60 to 90 drops three to four times per day for a few days, to help calm an allergy attack.
